Cancellation and No Refund Policy

Cancellation

  • The services you purchase are not returnable.
  • You can cancel your service at any time before the next renewal date. If you cancel your service, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the service period.
  • In case of non-payment of the EMI or due payment in any circumstance, you will be given a grace period of 3 days to clear your dues. In case of failure to clear the dues within the grace period, your purchased service(s) will be automatically cancelled with immediate effect.

No Refund Policy

  • You agree that you will pay for all the services and that Eleiss may charge you for any additional amounts including late fees, cheque/payment bounce charges, as applicable. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING ELEISS WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES.
  • The total price will include the price of the services plus any applicable tax in effect at the time of purchase of service.
  • All sales are final.
  • Prices of services offered may change at any time, and this does not provide any price protection or refunds in the event of price reduction or promotional offering.
  • REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SERVICE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SERVICES. In case of cancellation during the services period, you will continue to have access to your Service until the end of the service period.
